Why I Started Clear Books
I spent the first decade of my career inside accounting firms watching the same pattern repeat itself. A small-business owner would show up at tax time with a year’s worth of bank statements stuffed in a folder, no idea how much they actually earned, and a vague dread that they owed more than they thought.
