Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeadStax services. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

Services Provided

LeadStax provides done-for-you website design, CRM setup, booking system configuration, content creation, and ongoing management for independent insurance agents and financial professionals. The specific deliverables for your engagement will be outlined during onboarding.

Payment Terms

LeadStax services require a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription. The setup fee is due before work begins. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month. All fees are outlined in your service agreement before you commit.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, your website and CRM access will remain active through the end of your current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Intellectual Property

You own all content you provide to us (your copy, logos, photos, and client information). LeadStax retains ownership of the underlying platform, templates, code, and systems used to build and manage your site. Upon cancellation, we will provide an export of your content and client data upon request.

Limitation of Liability

LeadStax provides website and digital marketing services. We are not responsible for the outcome of your business, lead generation results, or compliance with industry-specific regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
