Dale Hargrove Sr. started this company out of a single truck in 1987, with a master plumber license and a simple rule: quote it straight, do it right, and treat the customer like a neighbor, because in this town they usually are. That rule outlasted him.
Almost forty years later, his son Dale Jr. runs the company and his grandson works the trucks. We are still residential, still local, and still small enough that you get the same plumber twice. We are not a call center routing your leak to whoever is closest. We are the family whose name is on the invoice.

The second generation

Dale Jr. runs the company, his son works the trucks, and the crew has grown to a tight team of about eight. Still family, still residential, still answering the phone ourselves.
